During this survey we observed some restlessness mainly caused and accelerated by the fact that the house faces a T-junction. In this case, what is technically known as “sha qi” is coming straight down the road which is greatly disruptive to the home and the couple's reenergizing capabilities at home.
The second major sticking point is that the floor plan is missing areas in the southwest and west, affecting the relationship with family siblings and neighbours.
The recommendation is to build an extension covering the full missing sections of the house and to make it a 2-storey extension to not limit the owners ambitions.
Some draft sketches of the remedies proposed are attached
